The new 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid will come with a refreshed exterior change. The model’s appearance will remain recognizable, but it will look more modern and attractive. The facelift, however, will not be radical, but subtle and steady. Most of the changes will occur at the front end, while the rear end and sides will be only slightly improved. The design improvements include a new mash grille, redesigned and dominant front bumper, new air intakes and restyled headlights. The 2016 Sonata Hybrid will feature standard HID headlights and LED daytime running lights. Also, the model will look more aggressive and robust, but at the same time it will keep its refined and smooth lines. These cosmetic changes will not only look good; they will also improve the model’s performance. All of the exterior changes were designed to look attractive and also reduce the drag coefficient and improve the cooling thus helping the model perform better. Maybe that’s the reason why the new design isn’t as bold and extraordinary as we expected. Most of the hybrid models look far more futuristic than their regular counterpart, so we were quite surprised to see the new Sonata Hybrid. However, the surprise was pleasant – the sedan looks elegant, dominant and attractive; a true model you would want to own and use daily. As for the interior, a photo speaks a thousand words.
